We have made some changes in the shop following government guidelines to keep our customers and staff safe during the COVID-19 outbreak. Unfortunately this does mean that we won't be able to serve our customers as we would like to but we hope that your experience at Cream Rose will still be an enjoyable one.
Here is a summary of the changes.
To ensure that social distancing takes place, we ask that customers make an appointment. If an appointment is taking place, we are unable to allow anyone else in to the boutique.
We ask that you only bring one other person with you to your appointment.
We have to limit the amount of contact that customers have with the stock in the shop as once the item has been handled we must quarantine it for 72 hours. A member of staff will select and show outfits to you which you can then try on.
Please bring and wear a facemask.
We ask that you comply with the boutique rules on hand hygiene and the wearing of gloves.
Please don't visit the boutique if you or someone you live with is feeling unwell, we are more than happy to reschedule the appointment.
After each appointment, all surfaces will be washed down with antiviral cleaner. Please be aware that this is a strong chemical so let us know if for any reason this may affect you.
There is a clearly marked restricted area around the reception desk to keep staff safe when they are dealing with any purchases. Please do not enter this area.
