Returns policy for items which have been purchased in the boutique.

Full Price items

We hope that you love the items you have purchased.  If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days for an exchange or credit note only.  We are unable to provide a refund.  (Excludes sale items, lingerie or items that have been altered specifically for you—these are non returnable).   

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Bespoke Millinery

We are unable to accept returns for bespoke millinery.

Sale Items

Sale Items cannot be returned.
